Send Announcement

From this window, you select a zone, one or more users, type a message, and press Send. The status message to the right of the users' names indicates when the message has been sent, delivered, and acknowledged.

Receive Announcement

This window appears when you receive an announcement. When you press OK, the status in the sender's window will change from delivered to acknowledged.
